How do I schedule a shoot?

What’s your turnaround time for delivering photos and video?
Expect fully edited photos within 24–48 hours. Video edits, drone footage, and virtual tours take about 2–3 business days.
How are the deliverables shared?
All files are delivered via an elegant online gallery. You can easily download, share, or access them across MLS, social platforms, or marketing materials.
What equipment do you use for shoots?
We use professional-grade cameras with wide-angle and standard zoom lenses, tripods, HDR techniques, and drones to capture your property in its best light.
Should I be present during the shoot?
It’s up to you! We can operate on-site with your presence for directional guidance or independently via lockbox access.
Do you offer stylized staging assistance?
Our designers bring a lot of experience and can help style your space with pieces from brands like Restoration Hardware and Four Hands—optional add-on service.
What happens if weather is bad on shoot day?
We can reschedule for exterior shots or use sky replacement and HDR enhancements in post-production to ensure compelling visuals.
Are your images MLS-ready and suitable for marketing?
Absolutely. Delivered images are optimized for MLS, agent websites, print flyers, social channels, and ad placements.
